Bagli Paolo

He was born in Riccione (Rimini) on December 27^th, 1958. In 1985 he was awarded a degree in Economics and Business at the University of Verona. After a number of corporate and professional experiences, in 1992 he entered the Roll of Chartered Accountants and began practicing. After enrolling in the Register of Statutory Auditors pursuant to the Decree of April 12^th,  1995 he has been practicing as an auditor both as Chairman and Standing Member of the Board of Auditors in various companies (joint-stock companies, limited liability companies, cooperative companies with limited liability).
His practice has been focusing especially on issues associated with generational handovers, extraordinary transactions and mainstream tax and corporate consultancy. He is an expert in the management and regulations of non-profit organizations also in view of his ongoing and direct involvement with the voluntary sector. 
As a Director of the Verona Association of Chartered Accountants in the 2017 – 2020 four-year period, he was involved with the Association’s Direct and Indirect Taxes Commission and in this capacity he was a speaker in conferences covering taxation issues.  
He is responsible for the Studio’s IT area and handles, in particular, its in-house organization and digitization projects.
